As energy audits are our sole focus, we are a member of the IAER (Illinois Association of Energy Raters) and a Certified RESNET (Residential Energy Services Network) Energy Rater. RESNET is the recognized leader in the US and the certification authorized by the Dept. of Energy for their ENERGY STAR home certification program, by the Internal Revenue Service for builder's tax credits for highly efficient homes, and by the mortgage industry for Energy Efficiency and Energy Improvement mortgages.

We use the latest technologies and tools available to achieve the most accurate results and pride ourselves on our professionalism and thoroughness. We do not perform any retrofitting or insulation as we believe this would be a conflict of interest but can provide you with a list of local contractors we believe are capable of performing the work.
